歐本14年來自海邊小酒廠，風味帶有明亮的柑橘皮和清爽梨香，接著是蜂蜜、焦糖與微妙的煙燻海鹽氣息。入口飽滿，乾果與香料慢慢展開，煙燻麥芽的乾爽感與橡木的甜香交織，餘韻綿長帶一抹鹹香。 酒廠位於海岸邊，釀造過程講究：經過五天發酵以發展豐富風味，蒸餾切口講究，然後進入橡木桶熟成，讓香草、橡木香與圓潤口感逐步形成。喝法輕鬆，建議倒入玻璃中稍候10–20分鐘再品，或加幾滴水去喚醒更多柑橘和蜂蜜的層次。非常適合搭配煙燻海鮮、硬質起司或黑巧克力，慢慢享受那份海風與泥煤的平衡。閒適時刻一杯，最能體會它的高地海岸風格。

Oban 14 Year Old is a coastal Highland single malt with an immediately recognizable profile: bright citrus oils and fresh orchard fruit layered over honeyed toffee and a gentle coastal smokiness. The nose opens with orange peel, lemon and pear, then develops hints of sea salt and subtle peat. On the palate it’s full-bodied — dried fig, spicy notes and a smoked-malt dryness mingle with oak-driven toffee and maple sweetness. The finish is long, smooth and oaky with a lingering saline edge. Producer notes highlight a small distillery set at the water’s edge; fermentation runs for five days to build depth before spirit cut and distillation. Maturation in oak casks imparts the characteristic vanilla, oak spice and rounded mouthfeel. Owned by Diageo, Oban maintains a restrained, maritime style that balances coastal brine, gentle smoke and sweet cereal tones. Serve neat or with a few minutes’ rest in the glass (about 10–20 minutes) to let citrus and oak lift; a splash of water can open additional citrus and honeyed layers.
