露鵲(Luce della Vite)始於1990年代,由 Marchesi de' Frescobaldi 與 Robert Mondavi 共同發起;自2004年起由 Lamberto Frescobaldi 全面掌舵。釀造方面採用低溫不鏽鋼發酵(<30°C)、約12天發酵、長時間皮浸約四週,進行桶內乳酸發酵,並以約24個月的橡木桶陳年(高比例新桶)來塑造酒體與香料層次。葡萄園管理注重成熟度與平衡,才有這樣集中但有骨架的成品。
Luce della Vite was launched in the early 1990s as a joint project between Marchesi de' Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi; since 2004 the estate has been directed solely by Lamberto Frescobaldi. The Luce 'Luce' blend is vinified with modern precision: temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation (<30°C) for about 12 days, extended maceration (~4 weeks), malolactic fermentation in barriques, and roughly 24 months of oak ageing (a substantial portion in new barriques) to build structure and spice.
