The 2018 Domini Veneti Collezione Pruviniano Marano Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is a prestigious wine from the Veneto region of Italy. This rich and intense red wine boasts an intense ruby red color and offers a bouquet of cherry jam, wild fruits, plum, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, it is warm and structured with dynamic tannins and a lingering aftertaste of dried fruits, nuts, and toasted almonds. Produced by Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, the grapes are harvested manually in early October from the traditional vineyards in Prognol. This wine pairs excellently with traditional Veneto dishes such as Osso Buco, risotto with mushrooms, aged cheeses, and grilled meats. Serve at 18°C after decanting for one hour.
