The 1989 Echo de Lynch Bages Chateau Haut-Bages Averous is a remarkable wine from the esteemed Pauillac appellation in Bordeaux. The vineyard is characterized by its Garonne Gravel soil, and the grapes are hand-picked and sorted. The wine is aged in one-year-old French oak barrels for 12 months, under the ownership of Famille JM Cazes.
