2022 Domaine Bernard Millot Puligny Montrachet Les Corvees Blanc

Puligny‑Montrachet

Soul Hook: Classic Puligny-Montrachet precision—minerality and toasted almond wrapped in a silky frame.

Why choose it?
1) Terroir-driven clarity -> Delivers saline minerality and lifted citrus that makes food pairing effortless.
2) Traditional élevage -> Gentle oak/lees influence gives texture without masking freshness.
3) Great value from a focused domaine -> Puligny pedigree at a more accessible price point.

Sommelier's Notes: This 2022 shows crisp citrus and green apple up front, white flowers and a flinty, wet-stone core. Mid-palate broadens with toasted almond and a subtle creamy note from short élevage, then tightens back to a bright, saline finish. Drink lightly chilled; give it about 30 minutes after opening to reveal secondary notes.

Occasion / Pairing Guide: Perfect for a refined weeknight roast chicken, a seafood dinner with stone bass, or a cheese board starring aged Gruyère. Equally at home as an aperitif at a small dinner party in the city.

Competitive Edge: Offers the focused minerality and class of Puligny-Montrachet from a small domaine at a price that undercuts many bigger labels—precision and texture without the sticker shock.
