Tasting Note: Lifted aromatics of candied citrus, nectarine and green melon meet floral peach blossom and a subtle creamy note. The palate is medium-bodied with bright, refreshing acidity and a touch of off-dry sweetness that calms the juicier fruit. Flavours of pear, apple and quince are threaded with white pepper and a gentle phenolic texture, finishing clean and persistent.
