這款瓦迪卡瓦的蒙托索利單園作品,2015 年帶出深沉而優雅的風貌。聞得到黑櫻桃與熟梅的果香,隨後是森林地衣、雪松、皮革與細緻香料的層次。入口厚實飽滿、酸度明亮,單寧細緻如絲,觸感柔滑卻有骨架,尾韻長且持久。酒莊從蒙托索利陡坡、石質與鈣質黏土土壤中低產量嚴選葡園,採用長時間浸皮與傳統木桶熟成,強調讓果實與礦質互相平衡。建議醒酒一小時以上再飲,配烤牛肉、野味或濃厚番茄肉醬料理非常合拍。輕鬆而有層次的口感,是想找經典托斯卡納結構派的好選擇。

This is a commanding expression from Valdicava's Montosoli cru. The 2015 shows intense aromas of black cherry and ripe plum layered with forest floor, cedar, leather and a touch of sweet spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and concentrated, supported by lively acidity and polished, velvety tannins that carry the layered fruit to a very long, persistent finish. Producer notes highlight careful selection from the steep, stony Montosoli slopes and traditional winemaking: extended maceration and aging in large oak followed by bottle rest to build complexity. The vineyard's elevation and calcareous-clay soils give tension and mineral threading to the fruit. Drink now with decanting or cellaring for further integration.
