A lively wild sour with a honeyed backbone and a bright citrus personality. Aromas of orange zest and fresh honey open into farmhouse barnyard funk from Brettanomyces, with a subtle peppery spice and gentle oak rounding the edges. Low bitterness (IBU 5) keeps focus on juicy sourness and vibrant aromatics. Crafted with water, malt, hops, yeast, real honey and orange zest, it balances rustic funk and tart orange-juice-like acidity with a soft, midweight mouthfeel.
