Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey 把標誌性的查爾科爾淨化威士忌,柔和地跟蜂蜜風味融合,產生一款既親切又有層次的蜂蜜利口酒。聞香先是溫暖的蜂蜜與香草莢,後段帶一絲橘皮的清爽和烤堅果的香氣;入口圓潤滑順,蜂蜜的甜感與香草、烤核果(像是胡桃、山核桃)的香氣相互呼應,微微的甜香料味讓口感更豐富,但整體不會過於黏膩。尾韻溫和,帶回淡淡木桶焦糖與堅果味。生產上採用來自田納西附近穀物與澄淨泉水做為基酒,經傳統木炭過濾(charcoal mellowing)與短期輕度桶陳,再加入蜂蜜調配成酒體;裝瓶採 T-top 軟木塞封口。建議微冰飲用或作為雞尾酒基底,簡單好上手,適合飯後甜點或搭配堅果與烘焙品。
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey blends the bold, charcoal-mellowed character of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey with a smooth honey liqueur for an approachable, dessert-friendly dram. On the nose expect warm honey, vanilla pod, and a hint of orange peel over light toasted-nut notes. The palate is rounded and creamy — honey sweetness sits alongside soft vanilla, toasted pecan and a touch of baking spice, wrapped in lightly oaked, caramel edges. The finish is mellow and gently nutty with a soft return of honey and spice. Produced in Lynchburg under the watchful eye of Jack Daniel's distillers, this liqueur is best enjoyed chilled or over a few cubes of ice, and also makes an easy, flavorful addition to cocktails. Closure: T-top cork. Best served chilled; no decanting required.
