Bright, Provençale‑styled rosé from Paso Robles that leans fruity and savory in equal measure. The nose offers fresh red berry and white stone fruit aromas with a lift of citrus zest and subtle floral notes. On the palate it’s juicy and medium-bodied, showing ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors framed by crisp acidity and a gently savory, herb-tinged finish. Crafted by DAOU with careful handling to preserve aromatic clarity, the wine is fermented cool and kept fresh to highlight vibrancy and balance.
