Tasting note
Tasting Note: Deep ruby to garnet in colour, this Toro shows a concentrated core of blackberries and dark cherries, layered with hazelnut and cocoa notes and a hint of pine-resin. On the palate it is chewy and very structured — medium to full-bodied with ripe, juicy acidity and firm, mouth-coating tannins leading to a tight, focused finish. Producer & Vineyard: From Grace's Harvest in Toro, a region known for hot days and cool nights that help build ripe fruit and balanced acidity. The estate works with low-yielding, stony plots that produce concentrated fruit with natural depth and intensity. Winemaking: Matured on its lees and worked to preserve primary fruit, the wine shows signs of careful oak integration — subtle spice, toast and nutty tones suggest barrel ageing that adds texture without overwhelming the fruit. Minimal intervention in cellar aims to highlight the terroir-driven structure and freshness. Serve & Enjoy: Best decanted for about an hour to open up layers of dark fruit and soften tannins. Pairs beautifully with roasted or braised lamb, grilled steaks, robust stews and aged cheeses.
