艾柏迪12年帶出高地式的溫潤風貌——入口像是被蜂蜜和太妃糖包裹，香草與奶油麵包（brioche）的香氣緩緩展開，口感厚實但不笨重。桶陳的橡木香帶來些許烘焙香料與堅果味，尾韻則有一抹輕煙，拖得剛好不搶味。酒廠以傳統壺式蒸餾，經過約十二年的橡木桶熟成，使用來自蘇格蘭農場的大麥與純淨高地水源，造就出這種既親切又有層次的麥芽感。建議杯中醒個幾分鐘再喝，單飲最能感受細緻的口感與延展的餘韻。

A warmly honeyed Highland single malt, Aberfeldy 12 shows syrupy layers of vanilla, fudge and toffee balanced by soft orchard fruit and a touch of brioche. The oak maturation brings baking-spice and gentle nutty notes, while a faint whisper of smoke lingers on the finish. Distilled at the Aberfeldy distillery and matured for twelve years in oak casks, this expression leans on a creamy, malty backbone that makes it approachable yet richly flavoured. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water and given about 10 minutes in the glass to open up.
