麥卡倫 Edition No.5 是對「天然色澤」與橡木桶工藝的致敬。小批量出品，主要陳放於多款美國橡木桶，呈現如陽光麥穗般的金色。香氣上有香草、奶糖與焦糖，底層滲出溫暖的橡木香與肉桂、薑的辛香，以及一抹清新的梨與檸香草。入口柔順而飽滿，焦糖與糖煮水蜜桃的甜感先行，緊接著成熟梨的果實感，橡木帶來細緻的香料與皮革感。酒體厚實、有層次，48.5% 的酒精感為風味注入溫度與廣度。建議倒入玻璃靜置約15分鐘或滴入少量水，讓香氣慢慢展開。適合搭配黑巧克力、乾果或風乾熟成起司，當作餐後慢飲更能體會細節。

The Macallan Edition No 5 is a celebration of natural colour and the craftsmanship behind cask selection. Small-batch and matured exclusively in a range of American oak casks, this release offers a luminous sunlight-barley hue and a complex aromatic profile. On the nose, warm vanilla and toffee open to gentle oak, nutmeg, ginger and a hint of lemon basil and pear. The palate is fresh yet sweet — caramel and poached peaches giving way to ripe pear, with toffee sweetness and delicate oak spice lingering beneath. The high-proof delivery (48.5% ABV) brings plush body and an expansive flavour core; the finish is long and sweet with echoes of dark chocolate and leather. Serve neat or with a few drops of water to broaden the aromatic range; allow ~15 minutes in the glass to unfurl.
