品飲筆記:杜釋經典桃紅香檳呈現淡櫻桃色澤,泡沫細緻持久。香氣以野莓、草莓、紅櫻桃為主,並帶有柑橘皮、烘烤麵包與杏仁的細膩層次。入口清爽有活力,酸度俐落,氣泡與稍許奶油感交織,尾韻帶點海鹽礦物與微微烘焙香。 酒莊與製程:Louis Dousset 注重果香與優雅結構,採傳統瓶內二次發酵(méthode traditionnelle),以低劑量(Brut)保存清新風格,同時透過瓶陳讓麵包香與細緻口感更為融合。桃紅風味來自精選紅色果實的處理與細心調配,不讓色澤與果味壓過酒體的清晰度。 葡萄園與口感:葡萄來自香檳地區選定園地,白堊與黏土石灰質土壤賦予礦物感與結構。人工採收與田間管理確保果實健康與均衡成熟,喝來有清晰的酸度、輕盈的中段與悠長帶鹹香的收結,無論做為慶祝酒或搭配料理都相當百搭。

Tasting note: A pale salmon rosé with an elegant, persistent mousse. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and a kiss of red cherry lead into citrus peel, brioche and subtle almond notes. On the palate it is lively and focused — bright acidity carries delicate creamy texture and fine bead of bubbles, finishing with a saline minerality and light toasty edge. Producer notes: Crafted by Louis Dousset as a dry Brut rosé, this cuvée reflects a house approach that values clarity of fruit and finesse. Made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is finished at a low dosage to preserve freshness while offering nuanced autolytic character. Winemaking notes: Secondary fermentation in bottle, extended lees contact and gentle disgorgement deliver a soft, creamy mouthfeel and integrated bakery notes. Rosé character is achieved through careful blending and/or short maceration to extract just enough color and red-fruit aromatics without overpowering the wine’s liveliness. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from selected parcels across Champagne’s cool-climate sites — chalky and clay-limestone soils that lend backbone and mineral lift. Hand-harvested fruit and attentive vineyard work prioritize clean fruit and balanced ripeness, supporting the wine’s bright acidity and precise texture.
