A limited-edition V.S.O.P from Hennessy celebrating the Year of the Horse with a bottle design by contemporary artist Xu Zhen. Aromas open with warm vanilla, toasted oak and soft caramel, followed by candied orange peel, dried stone fruit and a whisper of floral perfume. On the palate it is round and generous — silky mid-palate texture, layered spice notes and honeyed sweetness balanced by a lively backbone that keeps the finish focused and persistent. Producer notes: crafted by Hennessy's cellar team, this release highlights expert blending and barrel ageing to achieve harmony across vintages. Winemaking notes: eaux-de-vie undergo traditional double pot still distillation and extended maturation in French oak casks, producing integrated oak influence and polished mouthfeel typical of a mature V.S.O.P.
