This blend, with a significant portion of Cabernet Sauvignon for the region, exudes classic notes of scorched earth and smoky black cherries, underpinned by a backbone of roasted herbs. Medium-bodied with a tannic structure, it presents a palate of dark plum and cassis, elegantly framed by toasty oak nuances. The wine's warming alcohol is balanced by a soft acidity, while the finish is notably drying. Decanting for an hour is recommended to allow the complex flavors to unfold.
