品飲筆記:這款來自瓦爾德拉斯的紅酒充滿活力,第一口便是鮮明的紅莓與酸櫻桃香,伴隨一抹潮濕土壤與礦石感。口感屬中等酒體,酸度鮮活,果味直接且有彈性,成熟但不過度的果膠感和略帶粗獷的單寧,讓尾韻持久而帶果香。 酒莊與生產:由 Virgen del Galir 出品、現為 CVNE 旗下品牌之一,酒款重視展現產區風土與清新個性。 釀造重點:以輕柔浸皮與溫和發酵保留初級果香與明快酸度,陳年不長,目的是做出即飲但有架構的酒款。 葡萄園小記:產自受大西洋影響、土壤偏岩石與板岩的坡地,地塊追求平衡採收時機,讓果實保持鮮酸與礦物線條。配餐建議:烤羊、風乾火腿、披薩或帶香料的燒烤都很合拍。

Tasting note: Energetic and fruit-forward, this Valdeorras red opens with bright sour-cherry and tart-berry aromas framed by a whisper of wet-earth and tile-like minerality. On the palate it’s medium-bodied, crisp and lively—vivid red fruit drive, a hint of jammy ripeness and rustic, slightly coarse tannins that give structure to a persistent, fruit-led finish. Producer notes: Bottled under the Maruxa label by Virgen del Galir (now part of the CVNE family), this wine aims to showcase the regional character of Valdeorras with an emphasis on freshness and terroir expression. Winemaking notes: Fermentation is handled with a focus on preserving primary fruit and lively acidity; gentle extraction avoids over-extraction while leaving enough tannic backbone. Maturation is brief and designed to keep the wine approachable in its early drinking window. Vineyard notes: Grapes come from the cool Atlantic-influenced slopes of Valdeorras where stony soils lend a mineral edge. The parcels selected prioritize balance—fresh acidity, moderate ripeness and concentrated red-fruit aromatics. Drink 2024–2029.
