騎士2015屬於Pessac-Léognan的經典之作，口感介於優雅與厚實之間。打開酒杯便有成熟黑莓、黑櫻桃與帶煙燻、石墨氣息，橡木香以香料調性的方式點綴不搶戲。入口柔滑，果肉感豐滿，酸度帶來一抹清爽礦質感，單寧細緻但有結構感，收尾悠長又有回味。酒莊採用人工採摘、田間分選，再以分地塊的小型發酵槽（自2013年新增的郁金香型罐）來精細控制萃取，之後於橡木桶熟成約18個月。葡萄園坐落於砂礫覆蓋粘土的地層，排水與礦性表現良好，整體風格果味豐盈且耐陳，適合醒酒後馬上享用或入窖陳放數年。

2015 Domaine de Chevalier is a Cru Classé from Pessac-Léognan that marries density with finesse. The bouquet reveals vivid dark berries, ripe cherries and a savory graphite-smoke note, followed by subtle oak spice. On the palate the entry is silky and delicious, moving into fleshy, concentrated fruit framed by polished tannins and bright mineral freshness. Hand-harvested and carefully sorted, fermentation benefits from plot-focused vinification—including tulip-shaped tanks for finer extraction—and the blend was matured for 18 months in oak. This is an elegant yet powerful expression built for medium-term aging; enjoy now with decanting or cellar through the next two decades.

Domaine de Chevalier, a historic estate in Léognan, has long been regarded among the elite of Graves. Owned since 1983 by the Bernard family and run by Olivier Bernard, the domaine combines a pursuit of balance and refinement with modern, plot-focused winemaking. Both red and white wines from the estate are benchmarks in Pessac-Léognan.
