On the palate it is rich and creamy with a fleshy mid-palate, lively acidity that keeps the wine focused, and a long, savory finish with fine mineral lift. Producer Notes: From Thomas Boccon’s Poruzots parcel in Meursault Premier Cru, this wine reflects a terroir of calcareous soils with excellent drainage and sun exposure. The producer aims to balance textural richness with precision, letting site character shine through. Winemaking Notes: Fermented and matured in French oak with attentive lees ageing and gentle élevage to build texture without overpowering freshness. Careful oak integration and restrained use of new barrels preserve the wine’s purity while adding subtle spice and toast.
