A bright, refined Brut Sekt from Wehlen with fine, persistent mousse and a dry, energetic profile. Aromas lean toward ripe pineapple, citrus peel and white floral notes, underpinned by a cool slate mineral thread and subtle toasty lees character. On the palate it presents crisp acidity, compact fruit and a clean, refreshing finish—precise and food-friendly. Produced by Markus Molitor with attention to parcel selection and gentle handling; secondary fermentation and lees contact give the wine its brioche complexity while a Brut dosage keeps the focus on freshness.
