A focused single‑site dry Auslese from the famed Zeltinger Sonnenuhr, this 2020 offers intense, pure aromatics and an energetic palate. The mouthfeel is concentrated yet finely tuned — bright acidity drives a poised midpalate while a saline thread and racy citrus notes carry through to a long, clean finish. The Sonnenuhr bottlings are selected for ripe, concentrated fruit grown on steep, sun‑exposed slate slopes.
