Appearance: a warm, shimmering copper hue. Nose: concentrated aromas from ageing in French oak — burnished almonds, warm cinnamon and hints of sweet spice. Palate: a layered and generous spirit that unfolds rich dried apricot, nutmeg and roasted coffee, supported by toasted oak and gentle spice. Structure: velvety and full-bodied with multiple aromatic facets and a long, lingering finish. Producer notes: Rémy Martin CLUB is crafted from a careful selection of Grande Champagne (70%) and Petite Champagne (30%) eaux-de-vie, distilled in traditional pot stills and matured in French oak barrels. Winemaking notes: classic double distillation, long oak ageing to marry spice and fruit, finished with a T-top cork. Vineyard notes: the Fine Champagne blend sources eaux-de-vie from chalky, limestone-rich soils of Grande and Petite Champagne, giving finesse and ageing potential. Serve slightly aerated to reveal layers; pairs well with rich, flavourful dishes.
