【Sommelier’s Notes】Perfumed peat on the nose is joined by grape hard candy and roasted meat fat. On the palate it’s assertive — intense peat and barbecue, red-berry coulis, cherry pie and black pepper, rounded by creamy vanilla on the finish. Best experienced neat or with a few drops of water; let it rest 10–20 minutes to unfurl.
