品飲印象:酒色深沉,香氣以黑莓、李子與黑果為主,並有清新的草本與薄荷香,伴隨甘草、黑巧克力與烘烤橡木的暖香。單寧細緻、口感絲滑,酸度活潑帶動整體,使果味在口中延伸出香料與礦質尾韻。

酒莊與葡萄園:此酒來自位於博爾蓋裏(Bolgheri)地形如「圓形劇場」的莊園,園區廣闊,土壤屬沖積層,從砂黏土到黏土皆有,並含有俗稱「骨屑」的岩屑。臨近海域的涼風緩和了盛夏高溫,使果實能在穩定日照與夜間降溫下累積風味。

釀造與風味:以人工採收、重選果實,分小地塊獨立發酵(控溫不鏽鋼槽,發酵與浸皮約15–20天),精選酒液進入新橡木小桶完成乳酸發酵並長期熟成,最後組配瓶裝。成酒展現細緻結構與優雅口感,既有力度也保有靈動的鮮味。

飲用建議:若即飲建議醒一小時左右,最佳飲用溫度約16–18°C。搭配烤肉、燉煮紅肉或成熟奶酪最為合適。


Tasting note: Deep garnet with a refined nose of ripe black fruits, plum and blackcurrant, layered with aromatic herbs, fresh mint, liquorice, dark chocolate and warm toasted oak. On the palate it is silky yet energetic—fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins carry concentrated fruit into a long, spice-tinged finish.

Producer & vineyard notes: From a landmark estate set in the Bolgheri “amphitheatre”, the vineyards lie on alluvial soils ranging from clay-sand to clay-loam with rocky “scheletro” deposits. The nearby sea moderates temperatures with constant breezes, promoting even ripening and bright aromatics.

Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested and rigorously sorted, parcels were fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel with 15–20 days of skin contact. Superior lots completed malolactic in new small oak barrels; selections were blended after one year and then aged further in barrel before bottling. The result is a polished, elegant expression of the estate’s terroir.

Cellaring & service: This vintage shows excellent balance now but benefits from airing—decant for 60–90 minutes if drinking soon. Serve at 16–18°C. Pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled red meats, rich braises and mature cheeses.

Winery

Tenuta Guado al Tasso(安東尼世家)——博爾蓋裏知名酒莊,園區廣達數百公頃,葡萄園分布在如劇場般的盆地之中。土壤以沖積層為主,砂質到黏土並混有岩屑,臨海位置帶來恆常海風,有助果實均衡成熟。本酒自1990年起為酒莊代表作,釀造注重分地塊管理、人工採收與細緻橡木熟成。

Tenuta Guado al Tasso (Marchesi Antinori) — a landmark Bolgheri estate occupying some 320 hectares with roughly 300 hectares of vineyards. Set in a bowl-like amphitheatre, vineyards grow on alluvial soils with variable textures and rocky deposits; the nearby sea brings cooling breezes and ample sunlight, producing wines that balance concentration with aromatic freshness.
