呢支2016年肖夫山酒莊嘅聖歐班一級園夏穆沃干白，真係要俾啲掌聲！種喺石灰岩斜坡嘅Chardonnay，夜晚涼爽，日頭曬足，果味集中到爆。釀酒師用舊木桶慢慢發酵仲有攪桶，質地滑溜得嚟又唔會太油膩。嗰啲礦物鹹香同檸檬酸度，令到你飲完一啖又忍唔住想飲下一啖。開樽後等15-30分鐘，等佢抖抖氣，啲果香同桶味會更加融合。最正係配白切雞或者忌廉意粉，簡單但係好精緻嘅享受。
The 2016 Au Pied du Mont Chauve Le Charmois Blanc is a premier cru from Saint-Aubin, produced by the Picard family. This Chardonnay, sourced from the Le Charmois vineyard, shows remarkable precision and depth. The 2016 vintage offers a bright acid backbone, layered with green apple, citrus zest, and crushed stone minerality. Hints of butter and toasted nuts from partial barrel aging add complexity without overpowering. The finish is long, saline, and elegant. Decant for 15-30 minutes to open up, or cellar for 2-3 more years. Perfect with roast chicken, creamy pasta, or aged Gruyère.
