Octomore 12.2 是一款極具個性的 Islay 單一麥芽威士忌，煙燻濃度高達 129.7 PPM，但同時被蘇玳酒桶帶出的果甜和花香巧妙柔化。它先在美國橡木桶中熟成三年半，建立穩固的穀物與木桶風味基礎，接著轉入頂級蘇玳桶再陳放約 18 個月，讓蜜糖、蜜瓜、白桃與洋槐花香升級。入口飽滿、油潤，煙燻與烘烤木香先後襲來，隨之出現巧克力、煮熟的深色莓果與辛香，口感豐富但不失平衡，餘韻長且帶海鹽煙燻與甜蜜尾韻。適合喜歡強烈泥炭與果甜對比的少數派酒迷。

Octomore Edition 12.2 is a show-stopping Islay single malt that pushes peat to the extreme (129.7 PPM) while surprising the palate with lifted Sauternes-inspired fruit. After three and a half years in ex-American oak that builds a rounded, cereal-driven base, the spirit was recasked for 18 months in pristine Sauternes casks to amplify fruit, honey and floral notes. Expect an aromatic mix of white peach, melon and honeysuckle framed by rich coconut and layered with dense peat smoke. On the palate it’s full-bodied and spicy — charred oak, dark chocolate and cooked berries weave through the smoke before settling into a long finish of honeyed fruit, sea-salt smoke and baking spice. Big, bold and surprisingly delicate where sweetness and smoke balance each other.
