A poised and elegant vintage Champagne showing citrus-driven freshness and detailed autolytic notes. Bright lemon peel and green apple open first, then evolve into toasted brioche, almond skin and a definite chalky minerality. The mousse is fine and persistent, acidity lively and well integrated, carrying a long, saline finish with a subtle honeyed warmth. Winemaking follows traditional méthode champenoise with extended lees ageing to develop autolytic complexity and a refined mousse; dosage is kept modest to preserve freshness and terroir expression. The result is elegant, mineral-driven Champagne with layered texture and precision.
