Tasting note: Bright and energetic from first pour, this Premier Cru bottling opens with zesty grapefruit and orange peel, layered with wild raspberry and a warm hint of gingerbread. Fine, persistent bubbles lift the palate, revealing toasted brioche and a clean mineral streak. The finish is dry, vibrant and refreshing.

Producer notes: Made by a thoughtful grower-producer in Champagne, this cuvée reflects a focus on precision and terroir. The style leans traditional and food-friendly, aiming for tension and finesse rather than overt oak or weight.

Winemaking notes: Produced by the traditional method with extended lees contact to build texture and brioche character. The house blends base wines to achieve balance and uses careful dosage to keep the wine in a classic brut style—crisp, lively and poised.
