【田地與釀造】Château Angelus 位於聖艾美濃著名的坡腳，27公頃南向斜坡，土壤由上方黏土石灰到下方砂質石灰分層，株距密植（6,500–8,500株/公頃）。9月採收，對不同地塊採用橡木、鋼槽與混凝土槽發酵，冷浸、28–30°C後發酵與1–3週延長浸皮，最後約22個月在新法國細紋橡木桶與部分大桶熟成，保留細緻香氣與結構。

【Winemaker & Vineyard Notes】Château Angelus sits on the famed south-facing foot-slope of Saint-Emilion, planted on clay-limestone and sandy-limestone soils. Vines are densely planted (6,500–8,500/ha) across 27 hectares. Harvested in September, fermentations use a mix of oak, stainless steel and concrete vats with careful cold soaks and post-fermentation macerations. The wine spends ~22 months in new fine-grain French oak and selected foudres for aromatic finesse.

【Sommelier's Notes】Deep, cool-toned fruit—black cherry, blackberry and violet—alongside orange zest, subtle tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is concentrated yet lithe: lively acidity frames polished, fine-grained tannins and a silky mid-palate, finishing with graphite-mineral persistence. Built to cellar but captivating with sufficient decanting.
