Crafted by Laurent Saint Pasteur under the ownership of Famille Vialard, this wine is a testament to meticulous winemaking and the unique terroir of the region. The vineyard, situated on a gravel plateau at an altitude of 27.5 meters, benefits from optimal drainage and sun exposure. Fermented in thermo-regulated wooden and stainless steel vats, and aged for 14 months in French oak, the wine reveals a harmonious blend of black fruits, cedar, and earthy tobacco notes. Its medium body and refined tannins make it a versatile companion to dishes like ribeye steak or Manchego cheese.
