品飲筆記:2019 年的帝仙帶有典型瑪歌風格:層次分明的黑果與紅果香,夾雜香草、煙草與些許花香。入口飽滿但不厚重,酸度清新,單寧細緻如絲,尾韻長且帶有礦物與香料的餘味。
酒莊與產區:帝仙為瑪歌三等級(3ème Grand Cru Classé)名莊,現由 Emmanuel Cruse 擁有。酒莊坐落在瑪歌核心地帶,礫石覆蓋深層黏土的土壤,造就了既能完全成熟又保有清新口感的果實。
釀造工藝:採分地塊於溫控不鏽鋼槽發酵,刻意採取溫和萃取以保留果香與細緻度;此酒在法國橡木桶熟成約 18 個月,木質感與果味融合得宜。
葡萄園與收成:2019 年收成自 9 月下旬至 10 月中旬,連綿的暖日與夜間轉涼的氣溫,幫助形成清晰且有層次的單寧與優良酸度,果實健康、成熟度高。

Tasting note: Bright, refined and classically Margaux — the 2019 bottling opens with a layered bouquet of black and red fruit, cedar, tobacco and subtle floral lift. On the palate it shows ripe, concentrated fruit framed by fresh acidity and finely knit, polished tannins, finishing long with mineral and savoury spice echoes.
Producer notes: From a Third Growth estate owned by Emmanuel Cruse, this wine is produced from old-vine parcels within the château’s gravelly enclosure. The terroir — surface gravel over clay — promotes ripeness with freshness and the Margaux signature of suppleness and elegance.
Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested between late September and mid-October, parcels were vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel with gentle extraction to preserve aromatic complexity. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak, showing integrated oak and a poised structure.
Vineyard notes: The vines grow on primarily gravel soils atop deep clay subsoils within the heart of the Margaux appellation, delivering fruit of optimal ripeness and a balance of freshness and depth. The 2019 season produced clear tannins and excellent balance thanks to warm days and cool nights.
Serve & cellaring: Approachable after an hour in the decanter, this vintage will reward cellaring through 2030–2050 depending on palate — robust enough to enjoy now with hearty dishes, while age will open its tertiary complexity.

Chateau d'Issan is a Third Growth estate in Margaux with a long historic lineage. Owned by Emmanuel Cruse, the property works old-vine plots within its gravelly walled enclosure. The vineyard soils — surface gravel over clay — produce wines noted for elegance, suppleness and strong ageing potential. Vinification favors parcel-by-parcel fermentation, gentle extraction and oak ageing in French barrels to preserve aromatic complexity.
