品飲筆記:香氣以礫石礦感帶出,黑果與紅櫻桃的果實線條清晰,隱約紫羅蘭與煙草、雪茄盒的香氣交織。入口中段鮮明而有活力,酸度帶動整體節奏,單寧細緻但有力,口感有層次、回味長。生產背景:拉拉貢為三級列級酒莊,由Frey家族與Caroline Frey掌管,酒莊在2010年代起走向有機與生物動力栽培,重視土壤與人力的健康,整體以恢復與尊重風土為核心。釀造與陳年:葡萄以人工採摘,採取三次人工分揀並搭配光學篩選,分地塊小批發酵以求表現差異;控溫與溫和萃取讓酒體保持優雅,最後於法國橡木桶熟成約18個月,得到精緻的香氣層次與柔順單寧。葡園環境:酒莊約80公頃,土壤為淺色礫石與石英、二氧化矽,能反射與散射光線,賦予酒款獨特的礦物感與均衡。飲用建議:年輕時醒酒一小時左右最能展現香氣,搭配烤紅肉、野味或熟成硬質起司都很合適。

Tasting note: Bright, mineral-driven nose with layers of blackcurrant, ripe plum and red cherry framed by tobacco, cedar and violet florals. The palate is medium-bodied, precise and energetic — fresh acidity lifts the fruit while fine, well-integrated tannins give structure. Subtle French oak and baking-spice notes add depth, finishing long and savory. Producer notes: A 3ème Grand Cru Classé estate managed by the Frey family under Caroline Frey’s care, La Lagune has been pursuing organic and biodynamic practices since the early 2010s to preserve soils, vines and human health. The estate spans roughly 80 hectares and focuses on terroir expression. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested fruit is triple manually sorted then optically sorted before gentle plot-by-plot vinifications. Extraction is measured to favor elegance; wines age for 18 months in French oak, leading to refined tannins and layered aromatics. Vineyard notes: Soils of light gravel, quartz and siliceous elements diffuse sunlight and lend a bright mineral signature often described as the “Médoc island model.” Each parcel is managed with tailored, nature-focused viticulture to preserve complexity and finesse. Service & pairing: Decant for about 60–90 minutes if drinking young. Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.

The estate produces wines with classic Médoc structure and an emphasis on finesse.
