【Sommelier’s Private Note】Deep purple colour; a nose that opens with blackcurrant, peony-like floral lift and graphite. On the palate it moves from concentrated black fruits to cedar, dark chocolate and a cool minty finish. Tannins are polished yet firm — smooth now after decanting, but built to age.

Pontet-Canet 屬於 Tesseron 家族,堡上約 81 公頃均獲 Ecocert 與 Biodyvin/ Demeter 認證,土壤以第四紀砾石為主。團隊堅持手工分選、原生酵母發酵,並把 2020 的陳年安排在新橡木、老桶與陶甕之間(16–18 個月),讓酒既有塑形的橡木框架,也保有陶甕帶來的直率礦感。
Château Pontet-Canet is a fifth-growth Pauillac estate owned by Alfred and Michel Tesseron. Over recent vintages the domaine has become a leader in biodynamic viticulture: 81 hectares certified organic and biodynamic, planted on Quaternary gravel. Wineries practice manual sorting and indigenous yeast fermentations; 2020 saw 16–18 months ageing split between new French oak, one-wine barrels and a notable proportion in concrete amphorae, creating both structure and freshness.
