【Sommelier's Private Note】Trotanoy 2015 opens with saturated dark fruit—blackberry and black plum—then unfurls layers of dark chocolate, licorice and cedar. The texture is plush and almost creamy, yet there’s a steel undercurrent from the clay/iron soils that keeps it focused. Tannins are substantial but satin-smooth; flavour persists for a very long, satisfying finish.

【Occasions & Pairing】Serve after a 60–120 minute decant. Ideal for an intimate celebration, a holiday roast or a Cantonese banquet feature of roasted beef or braised lamb. Pairs beautifully with mature cheeses and rich mushroom dishes.
