釀造方式：人工採收後以溫和壓榨，於法國橡木桶中發酵與陳年，控制新桶比例以平衡香氣與結構；瓶前保留適度澱粉泥，使口感更為圓潤但不失清新。

葡萄園與土壤：田金滴位處石灰質土壤的優良斜坡，排水良好、老藤比例高，這樣的地塊賦予酒款礦質感與集中度，尤其在年份良好時能展現出極佳深度與層次。飲用建議：稍微醒酒約45分鐘，最能展現它的細緻與延展性。

Tasting Note: A richly textured Premier Cru with an inviting nose of white blossom, ripe pear and stone fruit, then layered with honeyed notes, toasted almond and subtle citrus zest. The palate is creamy and broad, framed by gentle oak and a saline mineral thread that keeps the richness poised. The finish is long, warmed by hazelnut and baked spice.

Producer Notes: From the renowned family domaine known for precise, terroir-driven white Burgundies. Fruit is sourced from the Gouttes d'Or premier cru site and handled with exacting care to reflect the vineyard's limestone character.

Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested and gently pressed; fermentation and élevage in French oak barrels with a measured use of new wood to add structure without overwhelming the fruit. Lees ageing provides the wine’s silky mouthfeel while maintaining freshness.

Vineyard Notes: Gouttes d'Or sits on limestone-rich soils with good drainage and favorable exposure, producing concentrated grapes from relatively low-yielding, mature vines. The site gives saline minerality and the signature weight and depth associated with Meursault Premier Cru.
