Tasting note: Bright, finely textured and poised, the 2022 Chaumes opens with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, underpinned by violet florals, damp forest floor and a mineral vein. On the palate it shows silky, layered fruit framed by lively acidity and polished tannins, finishing long with savory spice and subtle oak influence.

Producer notes: From Jérôme Chezeaux’s holdings in Vosne-Romanée, Les Chaumes is a Premier Cru parcel that reflects the village's celebrated concentration and finesse. The domaine is small and terroir-focused, working to express site-specific character with careful yields and hands-on cellar work.
