【Sommelier's Private Note】This 2021 Domaine de Saint Pierre shows Cornas’ classic profile: cracked black pepper and smoked meat, layered over dark plum and sweet liquorice. On the palate it’s full-bodied and structured with a velvety mid-palate and a long, spice-laced finish. The oak is supportive, framing rather than masking the fruit. Decant for 60–90 minutes if drinking now; it will reward patience for several years.
