The vineyard is managed with meticulous organic practices, allowing the stony terroir to express profound tension and pure crystalline mineral depth. Matured gracefully with restrained oak influence, it delivers an energetic opening of lemon curd and orchard blossoms, expanding across the mid-palate with a supple, layered mouthfeel before signing off on a salivating, saline edge.
