Tasting note: Bright, inviting aromas of red cherry and raspberry mingle with rose petal, a hint of forest-floor earthiness and a touch of subtle spice. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with lively acidity, silky, fine-grained tannins and generous red-fruit flavours balanced by gentle oak spice. The finish is poised and elegant rather than overpowering.

Producer notes: Fei Tswei Cellars is a boutique label focused on small-batch, carefully crafted wines for the modern table. Sourcing fruit from cool-climate sites, the producer emphasizes precision in the cellar and restrained use of oak to preserve fruit clarity.

Winemaking notes: Fermented with attention to gentle extraction, the wine sees careful temperature control and a period of maturation in neutral and French oak barrels to add texture and subtle spice without masking the fruit. Emphasis is on balance — fresh acidity, silky mouthfeel and measured oak integration.
