A stylish dry white from a boutique label, showing bright citrus zest and green apple on the nose, layered with stone fruit and a hint of toasted almond. The palate is creamy and rounded with lively acidity, subtle oak spice and a clear mineral thread—likely the result of volcanic soils and cool nights. Gentle lees contact and partial oak ageing give a silky mid-palate and lingering saline finish. Drink slightly chilled after a short rest to let the aromatics open; excellent with richer seafood and creamy dishes.

A small, hands-on producer focused on low-yield vineyards and site expression. Grapes are harvested selectively, pressed gently and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and oak. The wine spends time on lees with periodic stirring to build texture, and a portion is aged in older and lightly toasted barrels to add spice without overwhelming the fruit. Emphasis is on balance between freshness, oak integration and the stony minerality from volcanic soils.
