品飲筆記:初聞有黑櫻桃、李子與黑莓的濃郁果香,伴隨細緻辛香與些許雪茄盒、黑巧克力氣息。入口飽滿,果味集中,單寧有紮實結構但不粗糙,酸度支撐整體,使口感保持清爽與延展性。整體餘韻溫暖而帶香料尾韻。 酒莊與釀造:這是酒莊珍藏系列的小批量作品,從田間管理到入桶都以手工與精選為主。釀造時以溫控發酵與溫和壓榨保存果香,之後以中性至新舊法國橡木桶陳年,讓酒體更圓潤、層次更明顯。 葡萄園與風土:來源於排水佳、晝夜溫差明顯的園區,採低產量栽培、人工採收以確保果實成熟均衡。整體風土賦予酒體厚實與果味濃郁的特質,適合需要口感與結構的餐酒搭配。

The palate is full-bodied with rounded yet present tannins, balanced acidity and a lingering, warming finish. Producer notes: From a boutique reserve label focused on small-batch production and careful selection, this bottling reflects intent to craft structured, modern wines with approachable drinkability in youth. Winemaking: Fermented in temperature-controlled small tanks with gentle extraction to preserve fruit purity; matured in French oak for several months to integrate spice and toast without overwhelming the core fruit. Malolactic fermentation completed for rounder mouthfeel. Vineyard: Sourced from low-yield blocks on well-drained sites with warm days and cooling nights, viticulture emphasizes canopy management and selective hand-harvest to ensure ripe, healthy fruit and concentrated flavors.
