Perched upon the ancient goldfields of Eden Valley, this artisanal masterpiece hails from 95-year-old vines set high up on wind-cooled slopes. The winemaking reflects true obsessive craftsmanship: strictly handpicked in small batches, meticulously destemmed berry by pristine berry, and naturally fermented in open vats before maturing in tight-grained French puncheons. The palate offers sheer aristocratic density without cloying heaviness—unfolding layers of pristine dark fruits, graphite minerality, and cracked spice framed by seamlessly fine, coating tannins.
