Crafted by the Mosel legend Markus Molitor, this sparkling Cuvée captures the cool-climate precision and slate minerality of Germany’s most prestigious slopes. Produced following traditional sparkling techniques and prolonged lees contact, it reveals an ultra-fine, persistent mousse. In the glass, it radiates a pale straw gold, leading with energetic aromas of crisp green apple, fresh white blossom, and ripe vineyard peach, neatly layered with nuances of freshly baked brioche. On the palate, the tension between razor-sharp freshness and creamy richness is seamless, ending with a dry, mineral-laced snap that begs for another sip. An exceptional alternative to classic Champagne for discerning connoisseurs.
