Description
Molitor's golden-yellow 2013 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Trockenbeerenauslese * opens with a clear, deep and intense, beautifully aromatic yet fresh and elegant as well as fascinatingly fine bouquet that represents a great expression of very fine raisin fruit and concentrated minerals. There is a touch of honey, even flowers. Luscious and concentrated but incredibly weightless thanks to its refreshing mineral baseline and super fine acidity, this is a fascinating TBA with vibrating minerals and mouthwatering salinity and freshness. The precision on this high level is very rare, and so is the drinking reflex caused by a TBA that was bottled in June 2016 with 250 grams of residual sugar and 12.2 grams per liter of total acidity. A fascinating, super digestible TBA that was picked at around 175° Oechsle! Tasted March 2018.
