The palate is mineral-driven — clean flint and a saline edge — with vivid acidity that keeps the wine lively and focused. Texturally it sits light-to-medium, offering a stony core and a lingering, mouthwatering finish. Producer notes highlight careful hand-harvesting and low yields from the Le Pierrier parcel; grapes are gently pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and freshness. The vineyard’s stony, well-drained soils and sunny exposure give the wine its characteristic minerality and energetic backbone.
