品飲筆記：第一鼻芳香是鮮明的紅色果實：櫻桃、覆盆子，接著跳出白胡椒與香草的香氣，帶一點土壤與香料感。入口中段飽滿、圓潤，單寧細緻但有支撐力，酸度活潑讓整體更有層次，尾韻帶微辣與鹹香，餘韻綿長。 酒莊背景與田間：雙手酒莊（Two Hands Wines）長期專注巴羅莎的果實表現，擁有一批年輕有為的釀酒團隊與經驗豐富的田間管理，田地多為老藤小地塊，土地多樣從淺石層到較深的壤土，日照充足、乾爽氣候帶出濃郁而純淨的果味。 釀造工序：人工分選並以溫和手法萃取，分批發酵以保留果香與細膩單寧，之後以橡木桶熟成增添質感但不蓋過果味。整體風格是果味驅動、結構平衡，適合與烤肉、慢燉或稍微帶香料的料理搭配。 建議醒酒：約45分鐘，微涼飲用風味最佳。

Tasting Note: Bright, ripe red fruits lead the nose—cherry and raspberry—layered with white pepper, savoury herbs and a hint of earth. On the palate it’s medium-plus in weight with plush, silky tannins, lively acidity and a warm, spiced finish that lingers. Producer Notes: From Two Hands Wines’ Barossa program, Brave Faces is crafted under the guidance of winemaker Ben Perkins and owner Michael Twelftree, showcasing fruit intensity with balanced structure. The 2021 vintage sits in a prime drinking window (2022–2032). Winemaking Notes: Harvested from select Barossa sites, fruit is handled gently with careful extraction to preserve fruit purity. Fermented in small batches and matured in a mix of seasoned oak to build texture and complexity while keeping bright varietal character. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from established Barossa vineyards managed by Travis Coombe, vines benefit from the region’s warm, sun-drenched conditions and varied soils—older vine parcels contribute concentration and depth. Serve: Decant for about 45 minutes and serve slightly below room temperature. Ideal with grilled or braised red meats and richly spiced dishes.
