【The Soul Hook】An iconic expression of pure terroir from old vines planted in 1946 and 1970, crafted by the visionary Olivier Lamy.
【Why Choose This?】
- Old Vine Concentration: Sourced from a tiny 0.9-hectare parcel with vines over 70 years old, delivering unmatched mineral depth and laser-focused energy.
- Precision Winemaking: Crafted under Olivier Lamy's revolutionary philosophy, maintaining crisp tension, subtle wood influence, and vibrant vitality.
- Premier Cru Quality at Village Level: Sitting right at the prime boundaries of the appellation, this cuvée offers exceptional value and performance that rivals much higher-priced premier cru bottles.
【Sommelier's Tasting Notes】
Pouring a brilliant pale gold, this wine opens with intense aromas of crushed flint, lemon zest, white blossom, and a touch of roasted almond. On the palate, it hits with electric tension and energetic acidity, balanced by a creamy, silky texture from meticulous lees aging. The finish is strikingly long, salty, and incredibly focused.
【Occasion & Pairing】
Ideal for sophisticated dinners, business celebrations, or weekend gastronomy. Pair with pan-fried Dover sole, butter-poached lobster, or wild mushroom guinea fowl.
【Competitive Edge】
While famous Burgundy houses charge steep premiums for raw pedigree, Hubert Lamy focuses on unmatched vineyard precision, delivering one of the most sought-after mineral-driven whites on the market today.
