波菲二牌2018帶著明快又成熟的果香:黑櫻桃、黑莓與李子打底,伴隨香料、甘草和些微石墨氣息;橡木痕跡溫和,來自18個月法國橡木桶(二次桶)陳年。酒體飽滿但不笨重,酸度清爽提振整體結構,單寧細緻且編織感好,入口有果汁感與礦質感,餘韻悠長適合慢慢品。酒莊在礫石台地與砂粘土下土壤上栽種,葡萄手工採收並以分區發酵,採用生物保護與精選酵母控制發酵節奏,對待二牌同等的田間與酒窖管理,使此酒在年輕時就易親近,同時保有陳年潛力。適合搭配紅肉、燉煮料理或成熟起司,輕鬆又有份量。

Bright and fruit-driven, the 2018 Pavillon de Poyferre is the second wine of Château Léoville Poyferré, made with the same attention in both vineyard and cellar. Aromas open to dark berries, black cherry and plum with hints of spice, liquorice and graphite; oak influence is measured after 18 months in French oak (all second-fill). On the palate it is juicy and well-focused, showing refined, interwoven tannins, balanced acidity and a long, savory finish. Produced from terrasses of Mindel gravel over sandy-clay subsoils, the estate works by parcel: manual harvest into crates, temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation by plot with bioprotection using non-saccharomyces yeasts and selected yeasts for alcoholic fermentation. Accessible in its youth yet with cellar potential through the 2030s, this wine offers classic Saint-Julien structure and clarity.

Château Léoville Poyferré is a long-established Saint-Julien estate owned by the Cuvelier family. Renowned for meticulous vineyard work across terraced Mindel gravel sites and rigorous cellar protocols, the property pursues parcel-by-parcel vinification. The team—led in recent years by viticulturists and cellar specialists—combines traditional craftsmanship with careful modern techniques (manual harvest, bioprotection, temperature-controlled fermentation and barrel ageing) to produce wines of precision, depth and typicity.
