Tasting Note: Deep ruby with notes of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum framed by dark chocolate, espresso and a swirl of cracked black pepper. Cedar and sweet spice from oak weave through the dense core, finishing long with savory licorice and toasted notes. Producer Notes: Ares is Two Hands' flagship selection — parcels chosen each vintage to represent the most powerful, focused expression the team can craft. Named after the Greek god of war, the wine celebrates intensity, precision and longevity. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested fruit is fermented to retain concentrated primary flavors, then matured in oak to integrate spice and structure. Careful élevage ensures the alcohol warmth and oak are balanced by plush fruit and ripe tannins. Cork closure. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from carefully managed Barossa Valley sites where warm days and cooler nights produce ripe, concentrated fruit.
