Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2015 is a remarkable wine from the esteemed Chateau Pichon-Longueville. This second wine of the property, created since the 2012 vintage, showcases a pure and direct character. The grapes, primarily sourced from gravelly plots near the Gironde estuary, benefit from an ideal environment for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine offers a vigorous and fresh tasting experience, full-bodied and clean, overflowing with energy. The dark, deep red garnet color is complemented by a nose of fresh fruit, blackcurrant cream, and blueberries with an elegant oaky note. The palate is soft and velvety with delicate, precise tannins, leading to a delectable, elegant, and distinguished finish.
